If you've gotten this far and have a reaction along the lines of "wait, what?", "what the hell?" and / or "this isn't actually the end, is it?", then allow me to answer your questions with: yup, I know, I'm disappointed too.

Doing a weekly strip was always a challenge for a team of three unpaid professionals. While we did our best to promote and balance the work it took to make this comic alongside the work it took to pay our bills, eventually we dropped the ball on the schedule of the strip and never picked it up. This was heartbreaking, especially to me, but such is life sometimes.

Detective Space Cat is my favorite thing I've ever done, hands down. I hope to someday get to return to it in any capacity, and will keep trying until I have more to offer here.
